This year, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary edition, we have launched a competition to design a new trophy for the overall winner. Traditionally, this trophy has been created by renowned artist Ivica Propadalo. However, this year we are opening the opportunity to young artists, giving them a chance to use their talent and creativity to shape one of the key symbols of this prestigious sporting event.
The competition is open to young artists under the age of 40, students of the Academies of Fine Arts in Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka, and Split, as well as students from other higher education institutions. Participants may apply individually or as a team. It is important to note that the proposed design must reflect the significance of the CRO Race.
The maximum dimensions of the trophy should be 70 x 70 cm, with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms, while the minimum allowed dimensions are 30 x 30 cm, with a minimum weight of 3.5 kilograms.
This is an ideal opportunity to create a lasting symbol of a sporting spectacle that will be showcased to both domestic and international audiences in more than 190 countries worldwide.
