SINJ, October 2, 2024 – The third of six KIDS Cro Race competitions, a virtual cycling race for children aged 9 to 12, which is part of the CRO Race, was successfully held today in Sinj. The competition brought together more than 60 girls and boys from local schools, who competed on virtual trainers.
The winners in the 9- to 10-year-old categories are Tijana Prtorić and Fran Baričević from A.G Matoša – District school Novalja Elementary School. Marta Lovrić te Antonio Jakljević from A.G. Matoša Elementary School won in the 11- to 12-year-old categories.
The organizers emphasized that the main aim of the KIDS CRO Race is to encourage children to play sports and to provide them with an unforgettable experience.
Thanks to partner Keindl Sport, all competitors are provided with bicycles and trainers this year, on which they will ride an interesting virtual track. Keindl Sport’s educators motivated children to learn how to properly ride a bicycle. Kids CRO Race is also supported by Kraš, BKOOL and Elite.
Next KIDS CRO Race will be held in Opatija, and next in Labin, Karlovac and Zagreb. The overall winners will be announced on October 6 in Zagreb at the finish-line award ceremony.
