Due to strong wind at the section from Senj to Novi Vinodolski and road closure for the big vehicles and motorcycles, the start point of today’s stage will be moved to Novi Vinodolski at km 64.5 at 13:40 without a neutral zone. Team buses should leave the start area at least 20 minutes before the start towards the finish in Opatija and use the main road.
The length of the stage will be 89.5 km. King of the mountain prime in Vratnik at km 26.5 and Sprint in Novi Vinodolski at km 63.0 will be removed from the stage.
Time for individual general classifications will be taken at the entrance into the finish circuit with 3 seconds rule. There will be no bonification at the last Sprint or at the finish. The mountain classifications on the final circuit and points at the finish for the points classification will be awarded as normal.
